REFUND POLICY
At IPTVALLEY we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience when using our products and services , and part of that is offering a refund plan that gives our customers peace of mind.
Full refund cases :
During the first 3 days after your purchase , the refund process is only applicable and exclusively in the case of issues stemming from our server end , in that case we offer a FULL REFUND guaranteed, as long as you respect the conditions down below . Note that if the problem is technical and on our end , we reserve the right to offer to fix it before processing the refund operation.
No refund cases :
Under any of these conditions , a refund will not be processed :
1) If the customer is facing technical problems due to reasons on their end ,such as customer internet fluctuations and instability causing buffering or any login issues, issues with the customer’s device or internet service provider, Hosts/URLs being blocked by customers internet provider , login issues due to internet provider.
2) If the customer doesn’t like the channel list , movie list or series ,We recommend that customers take advantage of our test service before purchasing a subscription. we can also add anything you'd like !
3) If the customer is unable to setup the service , an app to run the service on their own device or the device having issues. While we provide support to help with device configuration , we are limited in our ability to troubleshoot issues that may be too specific.
4) We provide the subscription not the app or the device , so it's not our liability if any of those have issues or interfere with the customers experience .
5) We provide the subscription and access to our IPTV service not the app or the device , not liking the app or the app layout is not our liability , not being able to use your app as well , we can recommend all apps that can run IPTV but it is a none-refundable case .
6) If the customer wants the service to be the same as they had with another provider or they don't like it as much as another service, each provider is unique and we do not claim to have the same service as any other provider , our subscriptions are not trials to buy and cancel . If you want a specific service or expect the service to be like it , go directly to the provider that serves it .
7) Asking for a refund due to personal reasons (not available to use the subscription , a family relative used my card without my permission , i wanted to buy from another website ... ) . Although we try our best to help , these situation are your own responsability and have nothing to do with us as a business .
8) If it's been more than 3 days after the purchase date .
9) MAG device users are not eligible for a refund as the MAG devices require a double activation on our end , which makes it not liable for a refund policy , contact us to get a test first !
How to request a refund :
After you verify that none of the conditions above apply to you , please email our support team with your transaction order ID and a description of the issues you have encountered and the reason for requesting a refund. We will process your request shortly .
